The mixture of the location to campus, college town, and the stadium makes Urban one of the best locations for apartments at FSU. The amenities are what really makes the enclave apartments awesome though, just playing beach volleyball with your friends or chilling by the pool to destress from school work is the best. The apartments themselves are also just really nice and a great experience.

Stadium Enclave is a great place to live with a variety of amenities that are coveted by other communities in Tallahassee. I love our wide spread community set up as opposed to high rise apartment buildings. Everyone loves our pool and gym and the study rooms are always a great place to prepare for exam weeks. I loved living at Stadium Enclave, I re-signed again for this year! It is so nice and the amenities are great! The pool is so nice and features a huge jumbo screen. The gym is also amazing and they have tons of equipment for use. They also have top dog fitness classes free for the residents, which are normally very expensive! Overall, it is a great experience.
